Hosting a paid seminar at an event provides terrific exposure for your speaker - with their details carried on the event website, and reproduced within the hard copy Event Guide distributed to all delegates as they arrive at the event.

Organisers will invite Guest Speakers as and when appropriate, most notably as part of a wider sponsorship package.

Hosting a seminar undoubtedly works best in conjunction with exhibiting – use the time pre-seminar to encourage attendnance, and then, following the seminar, invite delegates back to the stand for further discussion/next steps.

Seminars are free to attend for delegates, with access included in their ticket to the event. It is possible to ask delegates to book a seat for your session in advance (limited to three seminars per event), asking their permission to share their details with you after the event – providing a further opportunity to create a targeted list of potential new clients.
